Ben Simmons Created a Nike and Adidas Bidding War and He Won

Just before being selected first overall in this month’s NBA Draft, Ben Simmons inked a 5-year endorsement deal with Nike worth a reported $20 million.
The announcement, which Simmons made himself on Uninterrupted, ended a bidding war between Nike and adidas for the Aussie phenom’s services. On the surface, it seems simple, but as USA Today’s Jeff Zillgitt reports, getting Simmons officially Swooshed up was anything but.
