Body Cam Captures Moments Before Police Shoot Dead Utah Man

Footage has surfaced of Salt Lake City Police approaching a man on a porch after getting complaints from worried neighbors. The officer claimed that the man, James Dudley Barker, was looking into cars and soliciting people for snow removal when there was little snow on the ground.

After refusing to give police his name, the officer told Barker that he could be arrested for failing to comply to an investigation. A few minutes later Barker becomes angry with the officer, and then swings the shovel on him before the video cuts out.
