Black Ink Crew’s Ceasar stopped by VladTV to talk about his hit reality show, his successful tattoo shop, and his relationship on-and-off again relationship with Dutchess. Before the show airs for its fifth season, in this particular clip, Cease gave us a brief introduction on how he found his way into a tattoo career after getting out of the streets and getting a degree in visual communications.
