In this VladTV exclusive, Derrick Parker (Hip Hop Cop) opens up about his involvement in the Lil Kim / Hot 97 shooting.

He recalls that he was in Vegas at the time when the Chief detective called him to come back and investigate. “He wanted everybody involved, he didn’t care how long it took, he didn’t care how long I had to stay..”, said Parker.

Parker said that there was a beef between Lil Kim’s people and Capone-N-Noreaga guys. “From what I remember… there was some guys that were tied to them. It was definitely a beef, a dispute that shouldn’t have really happened down there”, he continues.

Towards the end of the clip, he discussed Lil Kim doing a year in prison for perjury, and how Lil Kim’s case started “The Binder.”
