Drake Tributes President Obama With Very Bizarre Meme

Shortly after President Obama wrapped up his farewell speech on Tuesday night, Drake jumped on Instagram to thank him and to post a bizarre meme that featured Drake and Obama’s faces mashed up. He was criticized for doing it by many people on social media who wondered why he chose that as the right time to unveil the meme.
