MC Lyte’s book ‘Unstoppable: Igniting the Power Within’ is a brand new gift to the world through her voice. It may not be with a mic in hand but her pen still works just fine.
What better platform to share her unique insight than on SITM during our First Aid with Kelly Kinkaid segment? She dropped gems hidden in the pages of each chapter, a couple focused solely on the power of still and staying in the moment. A lot of times we have so much going on, it is hard to stay present – from that foundation she was able to birth a very impactful (easy to read) narrative that will help people remove the guilt, regret or any negativity lingering as we approach 2016.
Before ending the transparent phone conversation, she left citizens with a list of good books to pick up to help them grow in different areas. We’ll be grabbing a few ourselves, including the MC Lyte penned ‘Unstoppable: Igniting the Power Within’.
