In 2012, Beenie Man sat down with VladTV on the heel of Buju Banton receiving 10 years in a U.S. prison after being charged with conspiracy to distribute and possession of more than five kilograms of cocaine.It has been reported that Buju will be getting an early release. Both Jamaican men catapulted to international stardom through their dancehall/reggae music; Beenie said it was shocking to find out the news of Buju’s crime.
