Flashback: Iggy Azalea: I Really Identify With 2Pac

Back in 2012, Iggy Azalea sat down with VladTV to discuss the first hip-hop album that really stuck with her, and she revealed that 2Pac’s “Baby Don’t Cry” is what made her love music. Iggy went on to say that she really identifies with 2Pac and his contradictions, which she saw as the late rapper being real. 

When asked if she thought she would make revolutionary music in the future, Iggy said she would never make political music, because it’s not something inspires her.
