Flashback: Karrine Steffans Breaks Down How She Got ‘Superhead’ Nickname

In this 2015 interview with Karrine Steffans, she talks about being married to regular men, but the former video vixen also told VladTV that she’s only “slut shamed” when she’s seen out with famous people. She also adds that any attempts at shaming her are invalid, as “another sinner doesn’t get to tell me that my sin is too sinful.”

During the conversation Karrine addressed her nickname “Superhead,” which she says was a lyric by Jadakiss on The Lox’s “Blood Pressure” years before they ever met. The “Confessions of a Video Vixen” author then spoke about men asking her to size them up against her more famous lovers, including Lil Wayne – a big insecurity for men.
