Flashback: Rapsody on Collaborating with Kendrick Lamar

The release of Rapsody’s soul-grabbing album Laila’s Wisdom was released last Friday (Sept. 22). The project features great production by 9th Wonder, another epic collaboration with Kendrick Lamar. Many have been equating the rap peers, some calling, and back in 2015, Rapsody sat on the Vlad couch to talk about what it was like being the only rap feature on Kendrick’s To Pimp A Butterfly and how the two have become frequent collaborators.
