Flashback: YFN Lucci Didn’t Want to be on the XXL Freshman Cover

Back in 2016, YFN Lucci chopped it up with VladTV about the making of his hit single, “Key to the Streets.” He explained how he linked up with Quavo for the track, and Lucci added that he didn’t even know Trouble was going to jump on the song.

When speaking about going on the Parental Advisory tour with Lil Uzi Vert and 21 Savage, YFN Lucci was asked about his desire to also be on the XXL Freshman list, and he made it clear he had no desire to be on it. To hear more, hit the above clip.
