Lady Gaga’s request for guidance on how the “non-racist white community” can help influence the country may have backfired in her case for a myriad of reasons, but she isn’t the first “white ally” to ask what they can do.

Though we’re inclined to agree with the philosophy that its not our job to tell white people how to destroy the racist system they built, while we do at least have some white people’s ear, we might as well use it to our advantage. To do that, we invited individuals from across the iOne family to share what they specifically want from white people in these trying times — if anything at all.
