Is El Chapo’s Prison in New York Worse Than Guantanamo Bay?

With Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, also known as “El Chapo,” now residing here in the States, all eyes are on the downtown Manhattan jail set to house the notorious drug lord: the Metropolitan Correctional Center. Guzmán was transported to the MCC after his extradition from Mexico. According to a forensic evaluation report obtained and published by the New York Daily News Tuesday, the MCC is actually considered by some as worse than the infamous Guantanamo Bay military prison.
