Isaiah Thomas Breaks Silence on Hip Injury and Kyrie Irving Trade

Isaiah Thomas was traded to the Cavaliers last week as part of a deal involving Kyrie Irving, but the status of the deal has been up in the air ever since Cleveland evaluated Thomas’ injured hip and expressed some concerns about it. Thomas has stayed mostly silent on both his hip injury and the Irving trade, but on Tuesday, he broke his silence and opened up on both. He said that he fully expects to be back on the court next season, regardless of which team he ultimately ends up playing for.
