Ja Rule Lists Drake’s “Back to Back” as One of the Top Diss Tracks of All Time

The debate over top diss tracks is one as old as the hip-hop genre itself, and as we make our way into the third week of the New Year Drake and Meek Mill’s 2015 Summer beef continues to ring bells. As Ja Rule listed his top five diss records of all time (whilst naming Ice Cube’s “No Vaseline” as an honorable mention), he subtly mentioned Drake’s “Back to Back” to DJ Vlad’s surprise. Though Rule is a fan of Meek’s music, it was the amount of radio play Drake received that impressed him most. “I don’t think any other beef record was in rotation at radio [stations],” he states as he attempts to name another. “I can’t think of another one.”
