Khloé Kardashian Sued for Sharing a Photo of Herself on Instagram

Khloé Kardashian is being sued for posting a photo of herself on Instagram more than seven months ago. According to a lawsuit that was filed against her, a photography company claims they owned the exclusive rights to the photo, which showed Khloé walking out of a restaurant with her sister Kourtney back in September. Xposure Photos is now asking for $150,000 in damages in addition to $25,000 for the unauthorized removal of the agency’s credit from the photo.
