Lavell Crawford Compares Key & Peele to Black Kids in Mostly White School

Lavell Crawford shared his thoughts on Russell Simmons previously telling DJ Vlad that the black community didn’t choose Key & Peele. Lavell responded by saying that while Russell may not think they’re funny, he does believe in the duo’s comedy, which he said is funny and smart. Crawford also joked that it’s ironic that Russell is talking down on Key & Peele when he’s trying to get “that white people money” just like them.

Lavell also called out fellow comedian Aries Spears for knocking Key & Peele when he was on Mad TV with Jordan Peele back in the day. Check out what else he had to say on the situation above.
