Lavell Crawford: People Think Kevin Hart is the Only Black Comedian Right Now

Lavell Crawford recently stopped by VladTV for an exclusive interview where he shared his thoughts on the current space for black comedians. He explained that the media only likes to push one black comedian at a time, unlike the days of Def Comedy Jam when people like Bill Bellamy, Bernie Mac, and Chris Rock were celebrated for their comic skills.

During the conversation, Lavell also spoke about people thinking Kevin Hart is the only comedian right now and how people only partially know him from his stand-up, despite him being in the game for over 20 years.
