MC Eiht explained why he stayed out of the East Coast/West Coast beef in the mid-’90s, as he revealed that he had a lot of love for East Coast rappers and felt like it was more of a Bad Boy vs. Death Row beef.
During the conversation, MC Eiht spoke about how rappers never leaving their street personas behind, despite seeing some success in the music industry. He explained that it was due in part to their time spent in the streets and always feeling the need to protect their pride if they were dissed on a record.
