Tamika Flowers is a 23-year-old former intern and mentee of Sean’s. After graduating from her HBCU, Sean gave Tamika a paid position. Even though Tamika struggles with family drama, Sean knows that she has potential. Sean rides her on a daily basis, but Tamika keeps her ears to the street and has a keen sense of the next big trend.
