OG Boobie Black keeps the world’s attention on the imprisonment of Kevin Gates with his music video for “Phone Call.”

While Kevin Gates sits in jail, hoping 180 days will fly by quickly, it’s good to know his squad stands up for his legacy. OG Boobie Black, close friend of Kevin Gates, has released a new video for his track, “Phone Call,” and although it doesn’t exacty constitute a full Kevin Gates feature, it’s definitely a meaningful shout out to his locked up homie. Instead of a verse, Gates does an over-the-phone motivational outro, presumably from prison. It’s a powerful way to end this OG Boobie Black’s harsh incarceration ode.
