PBG Kemo shared his thoughts on PBG HotHead making national news after he was videotaped torturing a mentally ill man, which Kemo says he in no way condones. 

PBG Kemo admitted that he’s been around HotHead prior to the incident, and he added that HotHead is “crazy.” Kemo went on to explain that he believes HotHead needs clinical help and not jail to get some treatment.
