PJ: Grammy Nod for Wiz’s Album Doesn’t Feel Like It’s Mine

https://www.vladtv.com – Rising singer/songwriter PJ has experienced success early in her career after being nominated for a Grammy for her writing credits on Wiz Khalifa’s Blacc Hollywood album. She explains that while she’s grateful for the nomination, PJ says that it didn’t feel as personal as being nominated for a specific song.

After singing a snippet from “True Colors” off the album, PJ reveals that she was extremely pleased to hear Nicki Minaj on the track after being a fan for so many years. She also went through a similar situation with Lupe Fiasco, whom she admired for a long time before singing hooks on his “Deliver” and “Remission.”
