Ingredients:
▪ 1 (14 Ounce) Canned Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Chopped
▪ 3 Scallions, Chopped
▪ 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
▪ 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
▪ 1/4 Cup Mayo
▪ 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
▪ 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella, Divided
▪ 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan, Divided
▪ 1 Loaf Fresh Italian Bread

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice bread lengthwise and scoop out extra dough. This will make room for the mix to sit perfectly in the bread. Place bread on baking sheet and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the artichokes, scallions, garlic, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, half the mozzarella, and half the parmesan. Make sure the cream cheese is room temperature, otherwise it will make mixing a nightmare. Now is the time to taste test, but don’t double dip – that’s nasty.

Spread mix evenly across both pieces of bread and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and broil until cheese is melted and golden brown, about 1-3 minutes depending on your oven.

Let cool 5 minutes, cut into slices, and enjoy!
