Harlem producer Ron Browz sat down with VladTV to describe how he got started producing music for legends like Big L and Nas. Signed to an independent label at 12 years old, Ron Browz taught himself to make beats and got a little lucky when he ran into Big L on the street in Harlem. A personal and professional relationship developed, and Ron ultimately was the man behind the song “Ebonics.” Ron Browz goes on to talk about the Roc-A-Fella deal that was supposed to happen with Big L, and Big L’s legacy and death.
