Sad Boy Loko opened up to VladTV about the negative aspects of joining a gang and his own experiences of joining when he was just thirteen. The West Coast rapper explained that he was always running with an older crowd and gangs became a way of life early on, which grew into aspirations of doing life in prison.

During the conversation, Sad Boy Loko spoke about how his perspective changed after he got older and had kids, adding that it makes him angry to think about his kids going down that path.
