Survivor Identifies Aaron Hernandez as Drive-By Shooter in 2012 Crime

Aaron Hernandez is scheduled to go on trial for murder charges stemming from a 2012 double murder in February. On Tuesday, he attended a pretrial hearing in Boston, and one of the men who survived the drive-by shooting that Hernandez was allegedly involved in identified the former Patriots star as the shooter in the incident. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the charges filed against him.
