A legend in the music game, George Daniels talked with Sway in the Morning to discuss his dedication to help local artists since 1969. Giving new artists a platform to display their music, Daniels helped these artists put their independent CD’s on the shelves next to other established artists in his record shop. In fact, Sway mentions how George Daniels even helped him expand his musical career beyond Oakland California to a national domain. For the first time, George Daniel also announces his new record shop at Navy Pier with a collection of over 30,000 albums.
