The Weeknd’s “Starboy” Scores Top Spot On Billboard 200
Abel makes his second #1 debut on the Billboard 200.
The Weeknd‘s winning streak just won’t end. Starboy will snag the number one spot on the Billboard 200 for it’s debut week. The album sold 348,000 copies in equivalent album units, with 231,000 of those coming from traditional physical sales.
This news reportedly makes Starboy the third largest debut of 2016, only behind Beyonce‘s Lemonade and Drake‘s Views. Starboy is The Weeknd’s third studio album, and second to debut at number one on the Billboard 200.
Among the album’s guest appearances are Future, Kendrick Lamar, Lana Del Rey, and Daft Punk. You can stream Starboy right here.
