If a Thursday goes by without a Supreme drop—did that day really happen? This week, the New York brand released its collaboration with Japanese cult label Comme Des Garçons SHIRT, a small capsule consisting of a hoodie, a long sleeve tee, a work jacket, tartan trousers, and a flannel. There was certainly a healthy ’70s punk inflection in the clothes. We went down to Supreme to scope out the line and ask the denizens of Lafayette Street how long they’d been waiting, what they were planning to cop, and hard-hitting questions like “What is Commes Des Garcons?” Check out what happened, and don’t be too harsh in the comments.
