Trae Tha Truth on Lean Trend: Most People Don’t Have S**t in Their Cups

While touching on Master P’s statement regarding the deadly effects Syrup has caused in this generation, Trae Tha Truth, who’s dealt with syrup-related deaths with Pimp C and DJ Screw, says it’s unclear to blame the drug on the rising deaths rates. “Who’s to say?” He explained, “Some people’s bodies [are] not necessarily equipped for it.”

In the interview, Trae says he has not heard of any recent deaths due to the popular drug, but claims that there are many people faking the trend with empty cups. “I think 80 percent of the world [is] fraud. Half these n***** probably just be having cups and don’t be having s*** in the mother f*****, but you do have n***** that do.”
