Travis Scott Has Surprisingly Sensitive Reaction To Grammy Snub
Travis Scott‘s first number one album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight didn’t earn him any Grammy nominations this year and not only is he hurt over the snub, his peers are too.
Randall “Sickamore” Medford, Vice President of A&R at Epic Records, hit Instagram with his response to the oversight: a photo of Scott looking down at his phone with a caption that read, “reading the grammy nominations like….”
The post prompted a response from the “Goosebumps” rapper, who commented, “So hurt man.”
Scott and Sickamore weren’t the only two who had something to say about the snub. DJ Mustard hopped under the photo as well to lend his support, writing in the comment section, “I’m hot I ain’t gone lie but they always do that smh @sickamore,” to which Sickamore responded, “I was telling trav the story of when u called me after my krazy life…same call from him this morning smh.”
Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight producer Mike Dean took to Twitter to vent instead:
