President-elect Donald Trump, who has refused to attend security briefings leading up to his swearing in less than a month from now, decided it would be like, a really smart idea to tweet about nuclear weapons on Thursday. Trump wrote, “The United States must greatly strengthen and expand its nuclear capability until such a time as the world comes to its senses regarding nukes.”
