https://www.vladtv.com – Stories about rappers having their lyrics examined in court cases seems to be the norm these days, and Uncle Murda understands the situation all too well.

The New York emcee told VladTV that he watched his good friend and Murda Team member Ronald “Ra Diggs” Herron have his lyrics used against him for allegedly running a drug ring out of a Brooklyn apartment. Uncle Murda said that Ra Diggs’ case wasn’t the first he’s seen to negatively use rap lyrics against someone, and pointed to Bobby Shmurda’s current situation.

The “Inception” rapper said that L.A. Reid and Epic Records should be helping Bobby out like Atlantic did when T.I. was facing a difficult case after his 2010 arrest while he was on parole. Uncle Murda then adds that he’s not surprised that L.A. isn’t doing more with Bobby, and revealed that he had to get away from Epic Records after Chris Lighty passed away, because they “don’t get it like that.”
