Wood Harris on Working with Denzel and Fishburne: It’s Prince & Michael Jackson

Famed actor Wood Harris opened up to VladTV about going back to school after his role in “Above the Rim” and later starring in “Remember the Titans” with Denzel Washington. While many people regard Denzel as one of the top actors today, Wood explained that he doesn’t put any actor above himself. He then added that Denzel is the most successful actor today, and he revealed that he compares Washington and Laurence Fishburne to Michael Jackson and Prince.

Moving along, Wood revealed that playing the lead role in the Jimi Hendrix biopic “Hendrix” changed his life. The movie made such an impact on Harris that after he had learned to play guitar left-handed, he took his talents to the famous Viper Room in L.A. to play in front of a crowd.
