French singer-songwriter Yo Tranes has shared a video for his new single “High Off You.” Though at first glance it seems that Trane does not even appear in the video, which features its female subject as the star, the singer can actually be seen briefly in a few short cuts, though his face is never visible. The approach lends to his mystique, and lets the music speak for itself. His delicate vocals are deceptively powerful, and their nuances are brought out by the dreamy production from Kalim. The song has seen a large amount of streaming since its release last December, and could prove to be a breakthrough hit for the singer.
