Pharrell has already made history throughout his musical career, and now he’s doing iconic things in the world of fashion. The Billionaire Boys Club founder has just made more history by becoming the first man to star in a Chanel bag campaign with their latest commercial.

The designer brand recently released the visuals to the short film for their Gabrielle bag. The clip stars the super producer as he has a little fun in an empty venue before a concert is set to take place. While he’s playing around on some of the equipment, eventually he’s greeted by a young boy with the word “Gabrielle” written on his hand, leaving Pharrell to question what it means before realizing the correlation to the Chanel bag.

The partnership between Williams and Chanel was announced in March, and now we’re finally getting the final results. Back in December of 2016, the musician was even seen walking in Chanel’s Metiers d’Art runway show in Paris, which led to the company’s creative director, Karl Lagerfeld, to talk about wanting to pursue Pharrell for the line. He told Women’s Wear Daily, that he picked out the producer to prove that the bag could be worn in “many different circumstances.” He continued, “It’s not very feminine in the sense of being chichi.”

While he’s adding another first to his resume by starring in the Chanel bag campaign, this is far from the first time that Pharrell has seen himself in a major commercial. Last year, the “Happy” vocalist was featured in the star-studded Beats commercial for their “Got No Strings” campaign.
