It’s been almost 20 years since The Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito Show went off of the air on our radio stations, but NPR is brewing up some more reunion magic. The two rap veteran radio personalities are coming back together for the news platform, where they are launching a brand new podcast in the near future.

According to the latest preview of the podcast, which dropped earlier today (April 18), the dynamic duo are doing a show that not only covers hip-hop, but also art, sports, politics, and “everything in between.” Based on the trailer, it looks as though El-P is one of the first guests to grace the show. We’re not sure what else is in store for the upcoming podcast, or the exact launch date this summer, but we know that we can expect some serious gems to be dropped from the iconic hosts.

Back in 2015, NPR released a documentary covering Stretch and Bobbito’s radio show titled, Stretch and Bobbito: Radio That Changed Liveswhich ran from 1990 until 1998. The two self-proclaimed “rap nerds” helped to break some major stars in hip-hop culture, including the likes of Biggie, Nas, Jay Z, Eminem and plenty of others. They also made their own history with their show for covering a slew of different topics in rap culture, as well as some of the best freestyles.

Take a look at a preview for the upcoming podcast from Stretch and Bobbito below to see what’s in store.
