Police working on the case say that the mother of the student involved found out about the inappropriate relationship her son had with former substitute teacher Fallon Hunt, thanks to text messages she found on his phone back in October. In some text messages, the student referred to Hunt as “wifey and “my baby.” Nude pictures were also exchanged.
The arrest warrant affidavit reveals that the student admitted that he and 28-year-old Hunt engaged in a sexual relationship while he was a student at Kimball High School in Oak Cliff, TX in 2015, shortly before he graduated.
Hunt was covering for a teacher who was on medical leave in the final months of the academic year. Police also revealed that other students may have also engaged in an inappropriate relationship with Hunt, and that pictures of the student who was first questioned are stored in her phone, reports say.
