Travis Scott Performs Wild Rendition of ‘Goosebumps’ on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’
Travis Scott was recently the guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where he performed a trippy set of his song “Goosebumps” off his 2016 album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight.
Backed by swirling red graphics, Scott starts off calmer than usual. “I get those goosebumps every time, I need the Heimlich/Throw that to the side, yeah/I get those goosebumps every time, yeah, when you’re not around/When you throw that to the side, yeah/I get those goosebumps every time, yeah,” he raps on the chorus, while doused in rose-colored lighting.
He eventually turns up, with the color patterns intensifying to a fever pitch. The set is a total acid trip. By the end, Scott has the entire crowd lit AF.
Trav isn’t playing any games in 2017, announcing at the top of the month that his AstroWorld LP would drop later this year, and that he would step his production output up.
A couple weeks back, he shared some new music, that is presumably off the album, on Snapchat.
The G.O.O.D. Music rapper is quickly filling out his schedule for festival season. It was recently announced he will be playing Coachella 2017, along with acts like Future, Kendrick Lamar, Gucci Mane, ScHoolboy Q and others.
He will also rock the spot at Bonnaroo 2017 in June, along with a lit lineup of Chance The Rapper, The Weeknd, Major Lazer, Tory Lanez, D.R.A.M., Flatbush Zombies, BadBadNotGood, Noname and Kevin Abstract.
The Houston MC is also set to headline the Fyre Festival with his G.O.O.D. Music fam in April.
