In a candid interview, former U.S. Army Ranger and sniper Nicholas Irving opened up about the intense challenges faced by special operations soldiers. He also mourned fallen comrades lost to substance abuse and suicide, linking addiction—especially to opioids and alcohol—as a key factor. His revelations shed light on the psychological toll and culture within elite military units, emphasizing the urgent need for better support systems.
