Why Dakotaz' Career Died
At one point in time, Dakotaz was one of Fortnite’s biggest streamers. He peaked as the 9th most followed on Twitch, and had no problems gaining over 30,0000 concurrent viewers during his Fortnite Livestreams. However, in recent times, this number has dropped to an average of around 1,000 concurrent viewers, while his YouTube channel has lost around 200,000 subscribers since its peak in early 2019 over 2 years ago. Was the cause something more than the simple decline of Fortnite’s popularity?
