Pimp’s Revenge Plot Turns Deadly
A mother in Macon, Georgia initially told 911 she didn’t know who shot a man in her apartment, but later admitted she helped set up an ambush after she says he had attacked her at gunpoint days earlier. She lured him back to her home where her accomplice, Waymond Danzy, confronted him, but during the violent struggle Danzy was shot and killed while the alleged shooter fled. Though Jada Johnson was charged with felony murder, prosecutors ultimately dropped that charge due to lack of evidence and instead gave her a plea deal for aggravated assault, resulting in a 20-year sentence with five years to serve.
