'Sick' Man Allegedly Linked to Girl's Disappearance Caught Partying in Miami
Matthew Menard, one of three men charged in connection with online communications with 15-year-old Alisa Petrov, made his first court appearance virtually from jail. Police allege Menard had disturbing, sexually explicit conversations with Petrov, who was missing for six weeks before unexpectedly showing up at a Colorado Springs police station. Newly surfaced photos and videos on social media show Menard reportedly partying in Miami during the time Petrov was reported missing.
