On August 25, 2025, a quiet Nashville neighborhood was shattered by two gunshots that ended the life of 42-year-old Keiona Denise Wilson. What began as a late-night drive to confront her husband’s suspected infidelity turned into a tragedy that unfolded in minutes.
Keiona, a respected MDHA employee, loving mother, and devoted wife, had been struggling with growing tension in her marriage. Convinced her husband was involved with another woman, she drove to the home of Keosha Greer—where she found his car parked outside.
Moments after knocking on the door, a heated verbal exchange erupted. Within seconds, two shots were fired through the storm door.
