In this clip, Tom Mesereau opened up about Bill Cosby being sentenced to 3-10 years in prison, which he says was “outrageous,” as Mesereau believes Cosby shouldn’t have been tried in a court room in the first place. Mesereau went on to address Cosby not taking offender classes in order to be released from prison early, and he believes Cosby is a man of extreme conviction, adding that not many are built like him. The appeal then went to the PA Supreme Court, who focused on two issues in the case- the judge allowing 5 witnesses unrelated to the case to take the stand, and a binding agreement made by a former D.A. not to prosecute Cosby.
