In a recent candid session, Tony Yayo, Uncle Murda, DJ Vlad, and Lance Woods gathered to sample some adventurous cuisine, including frog legs. While initially hesitant, the group found the frog legs surprisingly enjoyable. Tony Yayo described them as having a “teriyaki taste” with a nice sauce, rating them as his third favorite “weird” food alongside alligator and duck. Lance Woods compared the taste to duck or rabbit, noting the subtle similarities between these meats. The group discussed how frog legs, much like alligator and chicken, have a familiar flavor due to biological similarities among reptiles and birds. Uncle Murda admitted he had tried frog legs before as a kid at camp but hadn’t eaten them recently. Overall, while none would go out of their way to seek frog legs, they agreed it’s a delicacy worth trying, especially in Southern cuisines like those Tony Yayo enjoyed in Texas.
