Lieutenant Commander Christopher Olsen could face court-martial in California after an investigation by NCIS into his wife’s death. Jessica “Jesse” Arguinzoni Olsen was found bruised and bloody in a hotel room in Fukuoka, Japan last October. Japanese media reports her body showed evidence of strangulation.
