Herb Wilks grew up in Crestview, Florida. Herb began playing the bass guitar at the age of 12.

After a few years of playing the bass, Herb transitioned to playing the rhythm and lead guitar. Herb said, "Playing the rhythm guitar became my next passion.

After many years of playing in night clubs and festivals, Herb self-produced the album titled "Let's Share A Smile. Herb’s goal is to promote love, joy, and peace to the world through his music.
