In this clip, DJ Akademiks spoke about his relationship with XXXTentacion, who he says “hated the media,” and Akademiks stated that X had a specific hatred for Complex. DJ Akademiks then went on to speak about X having conversations with him about his posts and taking issue with some of them. He then spoke about Lil Durk’s manager getting mad about him about Durk getting arrested, and Akademiks explained that he told the manager that it’s important that they get a PR team. From there, DJ Akademiks explained that Kodak Black’s lawyer was running his social media page, and Ak said that the attorney approached him about certain posts that he was making about Kodak. Moving along, Vlad continued to explain why he and DJ Akademiks aren’t PR companies for artists, which led to Akademiks speaking about interviewing producer ATL Jacob with his PR people in the room. Akademiks explained that ATL Jacob wanted to speak about personal things in his life, despite what his team was pushing.
